Kuri Overseas Enclave is expected to raise an investment of US Dollars 770 million by Overseas Pakistanis. Kuri Overseas Enclave will offer a safe real estate investment opportunity in Islamabad to Overseas Pakistanis. There are over 9 million Overseas Pakistanis living across the world.
What is the location of Kuri Overseas Enclave Islamabad?
The exact location or project details for Kuri Overseas Enclave Islamabad have not been made public by CDA. It is expected that CDA will announce project details for Kuri Overseas Enclave any time after May 15, 2023. The expected location for Kuri Overseas Enclave is the Kuri area of Islamabad that falls just off Kuri Road and Park Road. CDA already has a developed project called Park Enclave in the Kuri area of Islamabad. A chunk of vacant land lies on the side of Park Enclave. It is expected that CDA will use this land to develop Kuri Overseas Enclave for Overseas Pakistanis. This is the only sizable piece of land in the Kuri area and therefore a likely location to develop Kuri Overseas Enclave. It is also a probable location because it will have easy access through Park Enclave that already has direct access from the main Park Road. However, the final location for Kuri Overseas Enclave will be disclosed by CDA sometime after May 15, 2023.

CDA is selling commercial plots, petrol pump plots, Agro Farm plots, marquee plots, class 3 shopping center plots, and industrial plot to Overseas Pakistanis and resident Pakistanis at an open auction on May 29-31 at Jinnah Convention Centre Islamabad.
CDA has also announced that it will sell commercial and residential plots in Islamabad in its new sectors C-14 and C-16 exclusively to Overseas Pakistanis. This will offer a lucrative opportunity to Overseas Pakistanis for real estate investment in Pakistan.
