The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced the sale of commercial plots across developed sectors of Islamabad through an open auction that is open to both local and overseas Pakistanis. Anyone interested in participation in the property auction is required to purchase CDA Auction Brochure. The property auction is planned for October 1-3, 2024. CDA had already held open auctions in 2023 offering commercial plots, petrol pump plots, Agro Farms, Industrial plots, and other property categories.
How to Participate in the Open Auction of CDA Commercial Plots?
Interested individuals and firms are required to register by purchasing CDA Open Auction Brochures. These open auction brochures are available starting from September 5 2024 at the One-Window Directorate of CDA, and across selected branches of HBL, UBL, MCB, Askari Bank, and Bank of Punjab.

Easy Payment Terms
- Successful bidders can now pay the full value over a period of Two years, earlier One year, through Six equal instalments of the remaining 75% of bid value.
- CDA will collect tax on pro-rata basis or as per the applicable Finance Act.
Friendly Construction Policies
- CDA will approve building plans after payment of an initial 25%.
- CDA will not charge for site and marketing offices during the construction period approved by CDA.
CDA will give possession after payment of 75% of premium, subject to provision of valid Bank Guarantee corresponding to the remaining amount.
